Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AIA Innovations Ltd collects when you visit aiainnovations.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Each of our apps has its own policy, linked from the app page.
Who we are
AIA Innovations Ltd is a product studio that builds its own mobile and web applications. We are the data controller for this website. You can reach us any time through our contact page.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message so we can reply. We do not use it for marketing.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe we store your email address until you ask us to remove it.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and available.
- Advertising measurement. We record anonymous counts of how often an ad placement was shown, seen or clicked. These counts contain no personal information and cannot identify you.
Advertising and cookies
This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Where local law requires consent, our cookie notice blocks Google advertising code and our ad measurement events until you accept. The choice record includes the date, the notice version and whether advertising was accepted; it is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising data for customer matching.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. A rejection remains in effect unless you later choose to accept. Advertising measurement may remain enabled without a notice in regions where prior consent is not required, subject to applicable browser and device opt-outs.
How we use your information
To reply to your messages, to send the newsletter you asked for, to keep the site secure and working, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host the site, deliver our email and serve the ads described above.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while a conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short retention period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Write to us through the contact page and we will action your request.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page. Please check back occasionally so you know where things stand.
