Terms & Conditions for Shariah Signal
Effective date: 31 July 2026
1. Agreement
By installing or using Shariah Signal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Shariah Signal on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the app, and not to use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
4. Your content
Anything you create in the app belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.
5. Availability
We work to keep Shariah Signal reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app develops.
6. Accuracy and no advice
Shariah Signal is provided for information and personal organisation. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or religious advice. Verify anything important with a qualified authority.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be highlighted in the app.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form on this website.
12. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Some features may be offered as a one-off purchase or a subscription. Any payment is taken by the app store you installed from, not by us, and their billing terms apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. Refund requests are handled by the store under its own policy.
13. Updates and device requirements
We release updates to fix defects, improve accuracy and support new operating system versions. Older devices or operating systems may stop being supported over time. Keeping the app updated is the best way to make sure notifications, calculations and background features keep working as intended.
14. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, bug reports or feature ideas, we may use them to improve the app without any obligation or payment to you. We will never publish your personal details alongside feedback without asking you first.
15. Third-party stores and services
The app is distributed through third-party stores and may rely on services such as maps, notifications or crash reporting. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
17. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in force.
