Privacy Policy for Employ Ready

The short version

Employ Ready is built to work without collecting personal data. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not require an account to use the core features.

Information the app handles

Location. If you grant location permission, your coordinates are used on your device to calculate location-dependent features. Coordinates are not transmitted to our servers.

App content you create. Notes, entries, tracked items and settings are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable a backup or sync feature.

Diagnostics. If you opt in to crash reporting, anonymous crash traces are collected to help fix defects. These contain no personal identifiers.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, or browsing history.

Permissions the app requests

Each permission is requested only when the corresponding feature is used, and the app remains usable if you decline.

Children

Employ Ready is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If a cloud backup is enabled, you can delete it from within the app at any time.

Third-party services

Distribution platforms such as Google Play collect their own data under their own policies. Please review the policy of the platform you install from.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date above whenever this policy changes, and note material changes inside the app.
