# Alif2Ayah Privacy Policy

AIA Innovations Ltd ("we", "us", "our") built Alif2Ayah to help you learn to read the Quran. This policy explains what information the app handles, what stays on your device, and the choices you have.

The short version

• Alif2Ayah works without an account. You do not need to sign up or give us your name or email to use it.
• Your learning progress is stored on your device, not on our servers.
• We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone.
• The app does not show third-party advertising and does not use advertising trackers.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Alif2Ayah does not require an account. If you contact us for support by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply to you.

Information stored on your device

To make the app useful, the following is saved locally on your device only:

• Lesson progress and completed steps
• App settings such as audio preferences and lesson reminders

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Information collected automatically

If enabled, the app may collect anonymous, aggregated usage and crash diagnostics (for example, which screens fail to load) so we can fix bugs and improve lessons. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and is never combined with your identity.

Audio and microphone

Alif2Ayah plays audio recitations of letters, words and verses. The app does not record you, and it does not request microphone access.

Children

Alif2Ayah is designed to be suitable for learners of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app requires no account and stores progress only on the device, there is no personal data for us to hold about a child user.

Third-party services

The app may use the following infrastructure services, each under its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services — app distribution and updates on Android devices.

We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics advertisers, or social media trackers inside Alif2Ayah.

Data retention and deletion

Because your progress lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question.

Security

We design our apps to collect as little data as possible — the best protection for your information is that we never hold it in the first place.

If we change this policy, we will update the version and effective date on this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
